Wudang Mountain Exchanging Program:
With the full support of Wudang Mountain Taoism Association and Wudang TaiChi Culture International Association, USAWKF-SKZ team totaling 18 members did visit Wudang Taoism Wushu Academy on Oct 18, 2010 nearby Purple Heaven Palace.
Under the detailed guidance of Tao Elders in the Academy, SKZ members were able to learn the basic of TaiChi movement and Meditation concept. Both parties exchanged gifts and Trophy Scroll after this meaningful and informative session.
武当山道教武院交流
2010年10月18日，少林功夫禅-美国传统武术代表队一行18人与武当山道教武术院师生进行了交流。活动得到武当山道教协会、武当山武当太极文化对外推广中心的大力支持。美国队队员在武当山紫霄宫下受到道长们的认真指导，在道长们的打坐房体会了内家打坐基本功法，队员们简单学习了传统内家打坐的要领。活动结束后，美国队向指导打坐的道长们赠送了纪念锦旗。
