少林武术基本功

武术基本功是指以武术运动中具有共性的基础训练为内容,以获得和运用武术技法必备的各种能力为锻炼目的的一类运动形式。它包括提高体能为主的各种功法和提高技能为主的基本动作练习。基本动作一般是指武术各类技术动作的练习,不仅可使身体各部位得到较全面的训练,较快地发展武术专项身体素质,还可以有效地防止和减少练习中的伤害事故,为学习和提高武术技术水平打下良好的基础。

“武术”多指强身自卫等技击术,来源于远古的战争,武术一词最早见于梁昭明太子萧统所编的《文选》。“武术”一词的普遍使用始于辛亥革命前后,现在意义的武术已是中华民族文化中的瑰宝,如踢、打、摔、拿、击、刺等攻防格斗动作为素材,按照攻守进退、动作疾缓、虚实刚柔等变化,以基本功加套路天长日久的演练而成。俗语说“练武不练功,到底一场空”,练武首先要练基本功,既然称之为“基本功”,显然就是练武最基础的一些东西,就像房屋的地基,基本功是练武术的人必修的第一道课。

我们遵循先易后难、动静结合、循序渐进的原则,坚持“一勤二苦三恒”的练功态度,才能收到良好的练习效果。

武术的基本功包括:手法、腿法、步法、眼法等,配以踢、打、摔、拿、击、刺等技巧连贯而成套路。不同的套路和拳法有一些独特的基本功要求。

手法分为掌、拳、爪、勾、指等;腿法有踢腿、弹腿、鞭腿、踹等;步法有马步、工步 、虚步、歇步、补步等。

吐纳运气也是武术基本功之一,只不过比以动作为主的基本功掌握起来难度大一点,而且一定要在老师的指点下正确习练。

器械的基本功差别较大,以人和器械的合而为一为最高境界,不管是基本功还是套路、 器械,强身健体是第一宗旨。
