I like to practice all my forms during the weekend, so I can improve my memory of my forms. I chose to design and explain my training agenda so when people see my training regimen they can improve on their skills as well.
I think when I started to train, I started to remember my forms better and improve on other qualities such as strength and quality of the form. Training also helped me to be more athletic and perform better on sport activities.
When I practice on my own, I can go at my own pace and improve on myself. It also helped me to have more discipline because I have to remember to keep training.
This day is a very special day because today I achieved black belt along with all my classmates. I have kept doing kung fu for 8 years of my life and it helped me become an experienced fighter. In the future this can help me defend myself, families and friends throughout my life.
I really want to thank my parents for supporting my journey of getting to black belt.
I’d like to thank Shifu Andy & Vincent for teaching me for 8 years and my family for paying lots of money and all the supporting to Shifu to help me to get to black belt.
