Hello! My name is Luohe, but I go by Loch. I have been practicing Kung-fu for almost 11 years, which makes me one of the veterans of SKZ. Some things I want to achieve are to help and support others more, to keep pushing my limtis, and to get good results in tournaments. I truly believe that Kung-fu is an important aspect of my life, and 1st degree black belt is just the beginning. Good luck to all testing members!

Hello to the judges, audience, and my fellow tester. Today I would like to talk about my take on philosophies I have picked up on during Kungfu.
One experience that impacted me was learning forms and techniques during training. When I first started learning harder movements, I would always try to rush through them because I wanted to improve quickly. Usually this just caused me to make mistakes or lose balance. After practicing more, I realized that slowing down and focusing on the basics actually helped me improve faster in the long run. This experience changed how I approach challenges because now I understand that progress takes time and patience. Kung Fu also taught me to focus fully on what I am doing because if you lose concentration during practice, it becomes obvious immediately.
I think these lessons can help other people because many people get frustrated when they do not succeed quickly. Kung Fu taught me that improvement comes from consistency and patience instead of rushing. The lesson about focus is also important because distractions are everywhere today. Learning to concentrate on one thing at a time can help people do better in school, sports, work, and other goals in life.
In conclusion, practicing Kung Fu has taught me important lessons about patience and focus that have affected my life outside of martial arts. These experiences helped me become more disciplined and better at handling challenges. In the future, I hope to continue improving in Kung Fu and keep using these philosophies in other parts of my life as well.
I would like to thank everyone who helped me throughout my Kung Fu journey. I am very grateful to my Shifus for their patience, discipline, and dedication to teaching. They pushed me to improve and helped me become more focused and disciplined over the years. I am thankful to my family for their constant support and encouragement. I also appreciate my friends and classmates for creating a positive environment and helping me stay motivated. I am grateful to myself for staying committed and continuing to practice even when training became difficult, because Kung Fu is definitely not one of those “get good overnight” things people wish existed. Finally, I would like to thank all of you, for taking time off your busy days and coming to this black belt testing. Thank you!
