WWOC 2026 — More Than Medals, We Grew as a Team

What an incredible experience for our SKZ Team!

This year, 23 SKZ competitors, ranging in age from 5 to 49, stepped onto the WWOC competition floor. Together, they brought home:

🥇 20 Gold Medals

🥈 16 Silver Medals

🥉 11 Bronze Medals

For many of our competitors, this was their first experience at a tournament of this scale. Yet what impressed us most was not simply the number of medals they earned—it was how they learned and grew throughout the experience.

They learned to adapt to a new environment, understand tournament rules, manage the pressure of competition, collaborate with teammates, and confidently step onto the floor to represent SKZ.

Across different rings, our competitors and families moved together, following our team leader, cheering for one another, celebrating each other’s achievements, and offering encouragement when it was needed most.

Our parents were an important part of that experience as well. They supported not only their own children, but the entire team—gathering together, sharing experiences, helping one another, and celebrating every SKZ competitor.

From our youngest competitor at 5 years old to our oldest at 49, everyone stepped onto the floor with a different story and a different goal.

The medals are something we are proud of.

But what we cherish even more is what happened between the rings—the encouragement, teamwork, courage, friendship, and sense of belonging that brought our SKZ community closer together.

We competed as individuals. We supported one another as teammates. And we came home stronger as one SKZ family.
