Annual San Jose Chinese School Performance

On Saturday, February 28, 2026, we held a Kungfu Performance at Leland Highschool. There is an annual performance at the San Jose Chinese school, and we used this performance to really show skills and abilities to the community. They’ve seen us before, so we have to improve every year. We have improved over the course of the last performances as these performances was more member guided, meaning that the members were a bigger part in planning the performance. Everyone worked very hard to overcome the small problems that arose through planning and during the performance. After every performance our members show a growth in confidence which makes these performances good experience for our members.

A special thanks to the school for advocating our place in this event. This performance is a big part in sharing Shaolin Kung Fu culture towards the community and participating in Chinese New Year activities. Doing events such as these help bring joy and happiness to the community which promotes our culture and promotes Kung fu the general public.
