International Wushu Championships 2025

On May 24-25 Saturday and Sunday, our SKZ athletes went over to the Santa Clara Convention Center to compete in the Golden State International Wushu Championships. Many students learned what it truly means to devote yourself to what you love. Competitors in the competitions devoted years of dedicated practice just so they could travel across the country and perform in the rings for only a couple minutes. One of the reasons we encourage our students to participate in tournaments is to see and challenge their own potential. By seeing something impressive from people who have push the limits of their Kungfu, our students will know how much more they still can grow themselves. With a little encouragement and a lot of hard work, everyone has the potential to achieve what was seen at the tournament and greater. Congratulations to everyone who got medals. We look forward to seeing how much you’ve grown in future competitions!
