We just finished our second week of Enlighten Chinese School summer camp! This week, all the students found themselves enjoying the fan more than expected.
Although the fan is a tool to keep you cool during hot summer days, it's also a weapon style to be mastered. This week was managed by Vincent and had 10 students taking part with 2 TAs. All of the children were extremely energetic and fascinated by the stories involving the fan. Some students even said they wanted to purchase fans of their own to practice on their own free time.
This was another fun week including basic movements, combat, games and the weekly form. The TAs themselves enjoyed the fan as well. We look forward to what next week has to offer!
