On Saturday, February 21, 2026, our team proudly presented a Chinese New Year Lion Dance performance at the Almaden Library. Although it was one of our later performances this season, the team’s spirit and energy were stronger than ever.

Our members did an excellent job bringing the lions to life — powerful, expressive, and full of vitality — truly capturing the essence of the traditional Lion Dance.

We would like to extend our sincere thanks to the library manager, Joann W., for the invitation and warm support. It was an honor to share this cultural tradition with the community and help spread the festive spirit of Chinese New Year.

We look forward to continuing to elevate our performances and sharing even more vibrant Lion Dance presentations in the years to come.

Eight members participated in this performance: Nathalie S. Nathan S. Cynthia S. Gordon J. Kayden Y.  Drake Q.  Aaditya S. Sohem T.
