SKZ 16th Generation Black Belt Advancement

On Sunday June 1st, 2025, we held the 16th generation Black Belt advancement test. This group was a moderately small group with all talented members.

Some aspects of this test that made it stand out was Neil who was bound for MIT as soon as he passed his black belt test and Frank, one of our oldest students in SKZ. Although these two individuals have factors about themselves that make them unique, that doesn’t detract from the other testers who all performed remarkably. During the test, our testers took a while to adjust, but once they did, they were aware of exactly what they needed to do and where they needed to go.

Everyone performed to the ideal Kungfu that they represented. Some individuals seemed nervous while others took charge and led the group.

Our audience watching was both invested and entertained by the performance of our testers. Seeing the full fruition of their training left our audience feeling sentimental by the end. Everyone worked together to create a great testing experience.
